Supporting an average of 2,000 worldwide chauffeured rides each day is no easy feat, and we have added over 75 additional team members to our 24/7 Reservations Department, servicing client needs ‘round the clock. As well we have brought on additional staff in Customer Care, to provide quicker turnaround in matters requiring escalated resolution. And a multitude of additional highly skilled chauffeurs are graduating from our extensive, in-house EmpireCLS U chauffeur training program daily. We know it’s all in the training. Top-notch training. To elevate the EmpireCLS customer experience and the delivery of service not only in Reservations but every touch point of the company, we are extremely pleased to announce we have contracted with acclaimed Customer Experience trainer, consultant and noted expert, Micah Solomon, dubbed by The Financial Post as “The New Guru of Customer Service Excellence”. Mr. Solomon is the author of five books, a senior contributor to Forbes and the go-to training consultant for many of the nation’s leading companies and global brands.
